A number of tips on how to care for your new plant can be viewed via this link

We ask all our buyers to remember Potentilla Longacre is a living plant and it’s appearance changes with the seasons.  Please don’t panic if the plant you receive looks different to the image on the website. This is quite normal and not a matter for any worry or concern, it is likely to be in perfect condition for the time of year. Particularly in autumn and winter many shrubs will lose their leaves and look rather bare, gaunt and stick-like and from August onwards many perennial plants may not even be showing above the soil.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and all our Potentilla Longacre are checked and inspected visually before packing. In the unlikely event of a problem please advise us at sales@seedsplantsbulbs.com within 48hrs of delivery.  You can also notify us by telephone at 02879111497 or 02879417038. Due to the nature of the goods we cannot accept any responsibility for their failure after planting as pests, disease, poor horticultural practice, extremes of weather and many other factors outside our control all take their toll. Goods will only be accepted for return after seller has been informed and given permission for their return. Refunds will be issued after items are received back in a saleable condition within 14 days from original dispatch date. Buyer must pay all return charges except where an item has been shipped in error.
