Osprey Seed Potatoes – Premium Second Early Seed Potatoes
Osprey Seed Potatoes are a recently introduced Second Early potato variety, bred by Caithness Potato Breeders Ltd and marketed in the UK by the trusted name Albert Bartlett. Quickly becoming one of the most widely grown commercial varieties, Osprey has also earned a strong reputation on the show bench, thanks to its uniformity and visual appeal.
Bred from a Kestrel cross, Osprey potatoes are instantly recognisable by their smooth yellow skin and shallow pink eyes. The tubers produced are extremely even in size, making them ideal for both home growers and commercial producers seeking consistency and high market appeal.
