The White Lisbon is a very quick-growing onion, producing silvery white bulbs with lush green leaves in as little as 50 days. Known for its crisp yet succulent bite, it’s a versatile choice for salads, stir-fries, soups, and garnishes.

Sow seeds from late winter to late summer at 2–3 week intervals for a continuous harvest through spring, summer, and autumn. Sow thinly at a depth of 5mm (¼ inch), spacing rows 15cm (6 inches) apart.
