TULIP Princess IreneAn eye-catching, strong-stemmed variety with deep orange blooms and contrasting purple and ochre staining.Named after a Dutch princess, this 'Royal' tulip is also heavily scented.Not very tall at only 35cm, Princess Irene is very suitable for windy sites and is also useful in pots and containers.Blooms in April.Plant bulbs 4–5 inches deep in fertile, well-drained, soil, in autumn.Performs best in full sun but partial shade will be tolerated.Remove the flowers as they fade to prevent plants setting seed but allow foliage to yellow and wither for approx. 6 weeks before removing it.PACK10 Bulbs.
