Although commonly known as Amaryllis most of the bulbs offered for sale in autumn are really varieties of Hippeastrum.

Originating in the tropical mountain regions of Chile and Peru these amazing flowers are one of the easiest plants to bring into bloom.

In winter and early spring clusters of lily-like flowers are produced on thick stalks or stems over an extended period.

These large flowers and the ease with which they can be produced have led to Amaryllis being in huge demand all over the world.

Flowering approximately 9-10 weeks after planting these fantastic plants are ideal for brightening up your home during the dark days of winter.

The flowers of Amaryllis Rilona are a beautiful shade of peachy salmon with reddish apricot veins.

Huge 7inch blooms with wonderfully swept back petals that almost seem to blush.

Now considered an heirloom variety this demure beauty is sure to make you smile

Supplied as huge bulbs (Size 42-44) often weighing a kilo or more and capable of producing a number of flower stems. They should not be confused with the smaller bulbs (Size 24-28) offered elsewhere..

We want you to be happy with your purchase and all our Amaryllis bulbs are checked and inspected visually before packing.  In the unlikely event of a problem please advise us  within 48hrs of delivery. Due to the nature of the goods we cannot accept any responsibility for their failure after planting as pests, disease, poor horticultural practice, extremes of weather and many other factors outside our control all take their toll. Amaryllis bulbs will only be accepted for return after seller has been informed and given permission for their return.  A valid reason for return must be quoted. Refunds will only be issued when items are received back in saleable condition within 14 days from original dispatch date. Buyer must pay all return charges except where an item has been shipped in error
