Although commonly known as Amaryllis most of the bulbs offered for sale in autumn are really varieties of Hippeastrum.

Originating in the tropical mountain regions of Chile and Peru these amazing flowers are one of the easiest plants to bring into bloom.

In winter and early spring Amaryllis Ferrari carries clusters of lily-like flowers on thick stalks or stems over an extended period.

These large flowers and the ease with which they can be produced have led to Amaryllis being in huge demand all over the world.

Flowering approximately 7-8 weeks after planting these fantastic plants are ideal for brightening up your home during the dark, drab days of mid-winter.

Amaryllis Ferrari boasts enormous, trumpet shaped, fiery red flowers with a velvet like sheen.

Like its famous namesake the lively colour of this brash show-off is almost guaranteed to add a bit of spice to any dreary winter day.

This very special Amaryllis is long lived and with a little care this variety will bloom annually for many years.

Our carefully prepared Amaryllis bulbs require nothing more than a warm temperature, good light and attention to watering to deliver a truly spectacular performance.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and all our Amaryllis bulbs are checked and inspected visually before packing.  In the unlikely event of a problem please advise us within 48hrs of delivery. Due to the nature of the goods we cannot accept any responsibility for their failure after planting as pests, disease, poor horticultural practice, extremes of weather and many other factors outside our control all take their toll. Amaryllis Ferrari bulbs will only be accepted for return after seller has been informed and given permission.  A valid reason for return must be quoted. Refunds will only be issued when items are received back in saleable condition within 14 days from original dispatch date. Buyer must pay all return charges except where an item has been shipped in error
