Although commonly known as Amaryllis most of the bulbs offered for sale in autumn are really varieties of Hippeastrum.

Originating in the tropical mountain regions of Chile and Peru these amazing flowers are one of the easiest plants to bring into bloom.

In winter and early spring clusters of lily-like flowers are produced on thick stalks or stems over an extended period.

These large flowers and the ease with which they can be produced have led to Amaryllis being in huge demand all over the world.

Flowering approximately 9-10 weeks after planting these fantastic plants are ideal for brightening up your home during the dark days of winter.

Amaryllis Dynasty produces a multitude of large, trumpet-shaped red flowers with a white star in the centre and a lime green throat.

This beauty is almost guaranteed to add drama to any room on a cold, drab winter day.

Our carefully prepared bulbs require nothing more than a warm temperature, good light and attention to watering to deliver a truly spectacular performance.

Follow a few easy steps and these long-lived bulbs will bloom year after year.

Supplied as huge bulbs (Size 42-44) often weighing a kilo or more and capable of producing a number of flower stems. They should not be confused with the smaller bulbs (Size 24-28) offered elsewhere.

Due to the nature of the goods we cannot accept any responsibility for their failure after planting as pests, disease, poor horticultural practice, extremes of weather and many other factors outside our control all take their toll. Amaryllis bulbs will only be accepted for return after seller has been informed and given permission for their return.  A valid reason for return must be quoted. Refunds will only be issued when items are received back in saleable condition within 14 days from original dispatch date. Buyer must pay all return charges except where an item has been shipped in error
