If you experience any issue with your bulbs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Due to the nature of live bulbs, we cannot accept responsibility for failure after planting caused by pests, disease, poor horticultural practice, weather extremes, or other factors outside our control. Returns are accepted only with prior seller authorisation, with refunds issued once items are received back in saleable condition within 14 days of the original dispatch date. Return postage is payable by the buyer unless the item was shipped in error.
