 We want you to be happy with your purchase and all our items are checked and inspected visually before packing. In the unlikely event of a problem please advise us within 48hrs of delivery.  Wooden Trough Planter will only be accepted for return after seller has been informed and given permission. Refunds will be issued after items are received back unopened and in a saleable condition within 14 days from original dispatch date. Buyer must pay all return charges except where an item has been shipped in error.
